Arctic Tactical Infantry Clan Constitution

This Constitution was Created on Saturday the Sixteenth of January, Two Thousand and Ten.


The Arctic Tactical Infantry Clan (=ATI=) Constitution has been formed for the purpose of establishing the structure, procedures, powers and duties, of our clan. The clan is a war machine that is made to defend the online battlefield using all means possible through provisions of the game.

=ATI= has a vastly different clan system. All members do have entitled rights within the clan. We do encourage the notion to have fun in-game, but do note that our website www.aticlan.org is very important to every member. It is the best way for all types of information to be listed and discussed.

ARTICLE I: Clan Structure

Clan consists of three (5) titles:



General / Leaders


Colonel / Admins


Lieutenant / 2nd Admins (Coming Soon)


Sergeant / Regular Clan Member


Private / New Clan Member


A Private may apply at any time for promotion to Lieutenant status or by means of a formal application listed in the navigation bar here on our website. The General(s) will look and vote on all applications for promotion.

If you wish to apply, make sure to look at the officer titles to see what is available at the time.

All titles are listed below with their descriptions.

[Colonel]
The person in charge of Meetings, Servers and Casual Administration, both in holding and running them in a civilized fashion. Highest admin rank. They are to be the model for all other members and admins.


[Lieutenant Colonel]
A Lieutenant Colonel serves all with everything they do. They manage minimum Administration, They also monitor and moderate the website.

[Sergeant First Class](Clan Captains)
Sergeant First Class is granted when applied for and gives reserved access to our clan servers. You are to communicate with the Colonels and Lieutenants on any clan war. You will also be given the right to take command of a clan war if a colonel or Lieutenant has given you permission.

[Staff Sergeant]
Staff Sergeant is granted when applied for and gives reserved access to our clan servers. You'll be in charge of recruiting new members and advertising our clan. Teaching our Private's the way our clan in run and who is in charge by rank. Who to complain to and any other help they might require.

[Sergeant]
Sergeant is granted when applied for and gives reserved access to our clan servers. Your job is to watch for abuse, cheaters and server bugs and report them to Lieutenants or Colonels on duty.

[Corporal]
Corporal is awarded when you have been in the active for 4 weeks. This means either in one of our servers at least twice a week or on Teamspeak.

[Specialist]
Private first class is awarded when you have been in the active for 3 weeks. This means either in one of our servers at least once a week or on Teamspeak.

[Private First Class]
Private first class is awarded when you have been in the active for 2 weeks. This means either in one of our servers at least once a week or on Teamspeak.

[Private] (General Clan Member)
Private(s) are just a normal member, but with the ability unlike many other clans. A Private can go up the ranks. You don’t need to know anyone. However, a Private may voice their opinion, but once stated the Private is to get back in line. We do have a chain of command to help us reach our goals. We are a top clan and hope to stay that way.

ARTICLE II: War


This should be obvious, but we are a clan which is a military fighting force. Our soul purpose more then anything else is to fight. Colonel(s) when present in any Clan event is automatic leader unless told otherwise. A Colonel can allow a Private First Class to take control of a battle they are in. General may also be given the right to be in charge of an engagement.

We are to go by chain of command, but this is a game. Our aim is to have fun. If told to fall back or to wait for a commanding officer. You are to obey the command out of trust. We are all to trust one another. Trust is the basis of our Clan. If you don’t trust your friends to assist you or guide you in the best direction as possible. Then you are not helping the cause. I ask for all our members to work hard to better the cause. If mistakes are made then we will review all mistakes during a coarse of a battle. It is preferred that all members during clan events are on Teamspeak. It is found to be the single best way to move our lines in one gliding motion.

During these events the structure goes as such:


General

Lieutenant Colonel


We find this order to work the best. If we fall out of this order. Then we risk losing more then just one conflict.


ARTICLE III: Enlisting


All =ATI= Clan Soldiers are expected to remain civilized both within game and on Teamspeak.

To join You Must Be 16 years of age or older unless a member of the Private rank has sponsored you. We expect all to be mature and be able to handle mature speech. All Members are equal and shouldn’t be treated less then any other member.

If a Colonel later on decides there could be a limit on how many sponsored applications can be done by one Private. If a sponsored application is to act like uncivilized or rude. The Private will receive a warning to get that applicant under control. If the sponsored applicant continues the Private must step down as punishment for a week. If that same person is still an issue both members will be ejected from the Clan.

A Private can vote to have a member kicked for multiple offenses. If it has a majority vote they can have that member removed.

Following offenses that are kickable:

Hacks Cheats, Bots, Glitching unless allowed.
Being Uncivilized - We expect all members to treat others with respect.
Making the Clan look bad to others on multiple occasions.

We will amend our constitution when needed and will post updated status.
